A tax-deductible Silver Patron Certificate for a minimum donation of $275.00 entitles the donor to pre-register for (2) two 2024 NRLHF Rendezvous of the donor or recipient choosing or one event with two pre-registrations. If donor is unable to use this certificate during a 2024 Rendezvous due to rendezvous cancelations, emergency, or unforeseeable occurrence, you must contact the NRLHF office manager via mail or email at least 21 days prior to the start of the pre-registered event and request a rollover to another event, or an extension for the following year’s (2025) Rendezvous. There will be only one extension! The donor will receive one special medallion.
A Silver Patron Certificate is nonrefundable, must be used in designated year or approved extension year.
The estimated value of services provided in return for this donation is $160. Please keep your completed form as written acknowledgment of your donation for your tax records.
